End-to-End Integration

SSVG is planning to be fully integrated, providing end-to-end building services as a single partner, with robust technology systems connecting everything together. With complete control inside one team, we have the unique opportunity to optimize processes and develop integrated product systems.

Technology & Data

SSVG is embracing technology and data capture to empower integrated teams and drive increased productivity. By utilizing technology across the entire building lifecycle, we are able to improve coordination from initial project phases through building completion and optimize our products and processes with data feedback loops.

Productized Design

SSVG plans to designs to manufacture building components as repeatable products streamline field assembly. This allows us to offer improved efficiency to customers building at scale, and spend more time on design details that are unique to their needs.

Offsite Manufacturing

SSVG will unlock higher productivity by pushing as much component completion as possible to the factory environment. Shifting increased level of completion (LOC) to our factories rather than jobsites allows us to develop more pieces of our buildings as products and offers savings.

Bathroom Pods

SSVG will be developing a unique technology-driven design, manufacturing, and assembly solution for bathroom pods. Our 3D volumetric modular bathroom products will be personalized and designed to suit building requirements in offices, hospitals, hotels, and residential apartments. We have material expertise in building pods with precast concrete, GI steel frame, box iron, wood, and gypsum. Through our global supply network, we will offer a range of high-quality bathroom finishes and fixtures. SSVG finished pods will be transported to site for easy plug and play in building structures, allowing for better quality and faster installation across building projects.

Hotel Room Pods

SSVG will be a one-stop solution provider for high-end quality modular hotel room pods. Our pods will be completely finished offsite at the SSVG factory and arrive at the job site fully built. Our finished room will include all bathroom and lighting fixtures, interior furniture, and electrical appliances. All services run within the structure of the frame, including hot and cold-water pipes, waste pipes, and electrical services. General maintenance access points are conveniently placed in the bath panel and the vanity unit for easy maintenance. The modular pods are stacked and installed onsite within prebuilt structures. SSVG hotel room pods will offer hotel operators a high-quality, consistent factory-manufactured hotel room product.

Modular Utility Systems

SSVG's Modular Utility System will enable complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to be built offsite at the factory. All services will be tested and certified offsite, and the use of advanced software eliminates any clashes within the modules and the building structure. Our modules will also cater to unique, radiant heating and cooling systems. These temperature-controlled surfaces exchange heat with their surrounding environment ensuring uniform temperature across the floor, delivering an ideal vertical temperature layer with no draughts, noise, and vibration. Significant time-savings is achieved on the project site by installing modular corridors, service shafts, and plant rooms.

Facade Solutions

SSVG will offer end-to-end services in façade solutions from design-to-production-to-installation, with the highest quality. Our aluminum and glazing solutions combine innovative design with manufacturing expertise and construction knowledge to deliver customized solutions. We provide high-performance products designed for specified air and water permeability levels along with reduced LOW-E, high-performance glasses, and optimum decibel levels. Our products include aluminum structurally glazed systems, curtain wall systems, aluminum composite panels and spider glazing systems.

Finishes and Furniture Models

SSVG offers a full range of interior finishes and furniture models for offices, retail, hotels, and commercial buildings. Our expertise lies in creating interior solutions for public spaces in solid wood, veneer, and P.U. coated panels. We serve national chains across sectors that rely on standardized, high-quality products in line with brand standards. SSVG utilizes the latest design technology to create contemporary, modern, and innovative products. We reflect quality through simplified forms, purposeful material choices, and thoughtful detailing, in a panel as well as solid wood.

Door and Window Solutions

SSVG will be a one-stop solution for every category of doors and windows. Our materials offering combines a growing network of high quality domestic and global suppliers. Our expertise lies in delivering pre-hung doors and windows at scale. With our integrated supply-chain, we manage the process end-to-end from procuring the best quality raw material, to the production, delivery, and installation of the final product. Our line for door production will be fully automated and caters to a wide range of material including tubular boards with skins in high-pressure laminate or veneer with the final finish in water-based coating or P.U. finish. We will also deliver casement, lift and slide, tilt and turn and sliding windows and doors in UPVC, compatible with a range of accessories, locking mechanisms.
