This message really touches your heart. You pause to think and decide to help this stranger who only asks for kindness.

Always start with why. People don't just want to know what you do; they want to know why you do it.



The next following questions can assist you in competing well and building strong connections with your customers 🚨 💯         


1- The "Why" Model isn't just some idea; it's rooted in our biology

According to Sinek, expressing "Why" is probably the most important thing for a business or a person to do because it motivates others to take action.

He explains that sharing the reasons behind our actions through the "Why" is a way to effectively tell our limbic brain, the part of our body that handles emotions, behavior, motivation, long-term memory, decision-making, and feelings like trust and loyalty.

Talking about the "Why" is a strong and fair way to influence how others behave.

Sinek emphasizes that you must start with "Why" and consider these three questions before launching your business.


The Power of Starting with 'Why' in Business :

When you think of a new business idea, begin with the "why." Why do you want to have a business? What makes your business unique compared to others? Why should customers pick your products or services?

As Sinek suggests, your "why" is your fundamental belief and a good reason for doing what you do.

Knowing the "why" is crucial for figuring out how to talk about how and what your business does.


2- "How" , How Your Business Aligns with Your Core Beliefs?

Once you grasp why you're in business, you need to explain how you make it happen. Essentially, this means detailing how your business operates, how its activities support and contribute to your fundamental beliefs.

( Allow me to share an example from my experience: I work in a mobile games company. While you might think our main focus is creating mobile games, it's not very exciting to pitch it that way )

We're not just offering a service; we're offering a vision and an opportunity for customers to join us in making a positive impact on our world. This is how our business aligns with its core beliefs, inspiring customers to get involved and take action. 】

In the dynamic world of mobile games, your focus might revolve around the games you develop or the gaming experiences you offer as a service. Describing the "what" involves laying out factual details like game mechanics or service features, but these details might not spark a strong emotional response from players. It's more like an informational guide to explain what your game company provides.

However, if you solely emphasize the "what," your game studio might get lost among the many others in the industry.

To stand out, successful individuals and game developers in the mobile games scene often prioritize the "why" behind their creations. They don't just highlight game features; instead, they share a vision, promising an exciting gaming future and addressing specific entertainment desires.
