In 2019, I trusted my gut instinct to step away from one successful career and reinvent the way I showed up for myself and others. Where are the 80%? Some of them are social media stalkers, hiding behind their iPhones or keyboards, wondering if they can back themselves and make a BIG change in their career, too.

You don’t have to do it alone. That 20% figure I shared with you is the people who became my biggest cheer squad because not everything went according to plan. I made mistakes; I had to navigate challenges relating to tech stacks and foundational strategies to set my business up for success. They were there for every step, gave good advice, and introduced me to people and companies that held the knowledge I needed to learn, placing me in a very strong position as a leader and business for the new year we are about to enter.
