Find that space where you feel the most you. For me, it's my kitchen. I cook up dishes with enthusiasm, even if the recipe sometimes goes sideways. But you know what? I enjoy the process, every single time.

Let's admit it, folks. Walking over to someone's desk for a quick chat beats those long, never-ending email threads. I cherish being with my team where the action is.
