I love building software. I love building teams that build software. And I realize there are so many of you out there who equally love what you do at work. But then, there is also something I realized over the course of the last few years too. When you love to do something passionately, it is very difficult to take some time off to unplug, unwind or just do nothing for a while. For many professionals, the idea of temporarily stepping back from relentless pursuit of perfection and innovation seems almost counterintuitive. It was through a slow and gradual process of self-awareness that we come to realize, often a little too late, the omission of a fundamental component of both professional longevity and personal well-being that is usually ignored: the subtle art of taking time offs.


Unveiling the Importance of Time Offs

Time offs are not merely intervals of absence from the workplace; they are indispensable elements of a holistic approach to maintaining a balanced work-life equilibrium, crucial for rejuvenation, fostering creativity, and overall well-being.
