Super 2024

It wasn’t just about the big stories.

Sure the headlines were loud, surrounded by breakthroughs in AI, triumphs in sports, and world leaders making waves. But the truth is, most of our lives were shaped by the quieter moments:

• The unexpected coffee chats that turned into meaningful conversations.
• The setbacks that felt like failures but turned into turning points.
• The victories we didn’t even celebrate because we were too busy chasing the next thing.

This year taught me this: 

Progress doesn’t always come with fireworks. Sometimes it’s just showing up, trying again and refusing to quit.

A personal reflection

For me 2024 was a year of growth in business, in life and in understanding what really matters.

• Doing right by people.
• Walking away from what doesn’t fit.
• Building relationships - not transactions.

But let me be honest. Some days were really tough. Something just didn’t work out. Some plans didn’t go as expected.

But it was important to keep showing up. Day after day, brick by brick and moving forward.

I’m proud of what I’ve done – and I’m even prouder of the people I get to do it with.

• Live bolder. Say yes to what scares you. Walk away from what doesn’t serve you.
• Be present. Because the best moments rarely come when we’re staring at the finish line.
