The Supply Chain Event EVERYONE Should Attend: Why You Can’t Miss Out On TFEST24

The Supply Chain Event EVERYONE Should Attend: Why You Can’t Miss Out On TFEST24

It felt like only yesterday when I sat and assessed where Supply Chain Management (SCM) was headed post-pandemic.

My expectations were high after the industry was hailed as the hero that kept the world moving during COVID-19. I hoped to see every business and leader spurred on to greater action after we truly tasted what global disruption looked like.

But in 2022, I found myself frustrated with the lack of event options for senior leaders, within the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. For the most part, these events felt largely non-inclusive. And the change they promised seemed elusive judging from attendance alone

  • They were still prohibitively expensive for a limited start-up budget.
  • They lacked investors (critical in helping new businesses get on their feet)
  • They failed to attract an audience of senior decision-makers and quality attendees (all critical to driving digital transformation and innovation)

We knew something needed to be done.

The Future Insights Network has a 130,000-strong network of influential leaders throughout various supply chain functions.

This is the perfect opportunity to leverage a stronger collective input to bolster change.

So I sat down with FIN’s Chairman and Co-Founder, Andrew Brown . Together we dreamt up and introduced Transform Fest (TFEST)...

Europe’s Premier Supply Chain Summit.

Here is everything you need to know…

A Shortcut to Your Transformation Journey

I’ve always been a believer in the value of action.

Though there is immense value in continued discussions, arguments and analysis of available information, it means little when the available data doesn’t amount to an actionable solution.

Many leaders realise this, knowing that visibility is important. But they also know that visibility only has value if it leads to a shift in behaviour. Over the last four years alone, the crisis adaptations of various multinationals and global brands have produced a rich repository of user cases for us to follow. Each case study is a roadmap for any leader to get back on track. Although contextual bottlenecks, operations and challenges may differ, they nonetheless offer any company a template to make a strong start.

On November 11th, TFEST is gathering all these world experts in one place.

1000+ Live Attendees

2500+ Virtual Attendees

100+ Speakers

50+ Solution Providers

It is the most comprehensive gathering of senior leaders and practitioners at the highest level of the industry.

All of them have a singular unifying goal: to innovate the end-to-end supply chain and improve its performance.

What can you expect?

Finally getting answers around your business’ most key concerns...

Risk Resilience:

Focusing on your company’s ability to effectively navigate and withstand emerging risks (both internal and external) with the least amount of damage or disruption. Recently this has evolved to not only surviving but thriving, through volatility.

Organisational Agility:

Focusing on a company’s ability to pivot operations and systems according to shifting demands, ensuring that every process remains relevant and value-adding.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Focusing on stakeholders and their willingness to step out of organisational silos to make data visible, share knowledge, and collectively leverage the expertise of different functions to create solutions.

Digital Savviness:

Focusing on how conversant a company is with the latest trends in tech and digital innovation (AI-included) to stay updated and remain at pace with the changing market.

Growing Talent Gaps:

Focusing on the uncertainties around labour market shortages that have complicated post-COVID-19 recovery for many industries. The shortages are for both white and blue-collar workers alike in terms of both skills and numbers.

The topics of course stretch much further. But the objective remains the same…

TFEST24 offers a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with senior leaders in every aspect of SCM: logistics, procurement, manufacturing, IT and sustainability.

The event is also characterised by key vertical sectors including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, food & drink, electronics, chemical, automotive, energy and transportation amongst others. It means that regardless of your specific industry, you will likely find an answer.

350+ delegates (including VPs, SVPs, CSCOs, CSOs, & Directors) have already confirmed their places for TFEST24 this November. You can view the full list here

Many are ready to expand their knowledge and network by attending our keynotes, panels, showcases and workshops across three days, designed exclusively for industry decision-makers.

Who Should Attend?

TFEST24 is designed for senior-level practitioners and innovators at the forefront of changing the end-to-end operations of their supply chain.

An Event Not to Miss

I’m beyond excited to invite change makers, thought leaders and practitioners to tell their stories and inspire.

I'm a person that not only just talks the talk, but I walk the walk. To have the opportunity to bring like-minded people together makes me hopeful that we’ll see a 2025 with revolutionising practices.

It is a great honour of mine to be a voice of transformation and invite others to the table to cut through the hype and share their insights. So to have this culminating in a two-day event with site tours and value-loaded sessions is a dream come true.

We’re bringing together the best of the best to talk about their examples for transformation.

Now is the time to get in on the action.

If you want to be a part of TFEST (as a speaker, panellist or sponsor), send me a DM.
