For those of you who know me in real life, or have heard me on my podcast, you will know I show people how to make their conversations in business count.
Whether you're selling within, taking care of or supporting the company the ONLY priority is how you speak with people.
You'll read that sales is changing.
They're probably right from their own perspective. Are they selling a software that will change your processes in a revolutionary way? Possibly.
Everyone wants the perfect formula to the perfect sales pipeline. Well, let me tell you it doesn't exist.
Have I raised YOUR eyebrow?
This is because perfection doesn't exist. Full. Stop.
All we can strive for is the best we can. So when you're thinking about selling (or buying for that matter), are you offering them the best they can?
Okay, so what am I suggesting you do?
Well, I'm so glad you asked.
Aside from what you are saying to people, there's also the how you are keeping track of who you're talking to.
It doesn't have to be complicated. Whether you're a start-up or multi billion £ organisation, there will be key principles that will define your success.
Seems obvious, doesn't it? But how many of us, me included, can raise our hands (and eyebrows) to say we are guilty of over-complicating the process?
I talked about this on my show recently and then recommended tons of books that I have on my bookshelf that may help you too. If we can take away just one thing from any activity it's been worth it.
Once you've got your process nailed it makes for much easier conversations. Because then, that's all you need to concern yourself with. Having conversations.

You need to understand YOUR USP.
