As a long-time TELUS internet customer, I've consistently been impressed by their commitment to providing a positive client experience. This dedication is evident in every interaction, from the helpfulness of their representatives to the quality and value of their services. This positive experience with their internet service, combined with positive feedback from my local community, ultimately led me to choose Telus as my complete telecom provider, recently adding wireless and Optik TV to my existing internet service.
In this article, I'll share my first impressions of Telus as a complete telecommunications provider, highlighting my experience with their internet, wireless, and newly added Optik TV service. After being a satisfied Telus PureFibre internet customer and recently making the switch from Rogers, I'm excited to share my thoughts on the overall Telus experience.
Telus PureFibre Internet: A Rock-Solid Foundation
My journey with Telus began with their PureFibre internet service. Years ago, I was frustrated with the inconsistent speeds and frequent outages I experienced with my previous provider. Downloading large files for work was a constant struggle, and streaming movies with my family was often interrupted by buffering. Switching to Telus PureFibre was a game-changer.

Telus also offers a wide range of internet speeds to suit different needs and budgets, and I appreciate that all their plans come with unlimited data. This gives me the peace of mind to use the internet as much as I need without worrying about overage charges. Optik TV: Expanding My Entertainment Horizons
