You may be thinking - Wendy's finally lost it!
Not altogether, not yet, and not about this!
Truly, it's a relief when tension patterns are well aligned and optimal functioning for growth and development is fully supported without strain.
Tension....
Tension...
Tension...
That's right, friendly.
Like stress, tension is necessary for movement and growth.
If there isn't the appropriate tension cells can't function.
In any application... people, places, things... the balancing of tension is key.
Seeking a state of equilibrium between muscles/joints surfaces/situations thoughts/emotions etc. that prevents overaction of any part.
If spokes on a wheel have too much or too little tension the wheel may wobble and won't roll well.
When a hammock is hung best the tension creates comfort rather than sagging or spilling you out.
You know what happens when tension patterns in your body get out of whack!
