Embracing Times of Change

Now that we are entering a new decade, it is becoming more and more evident that having multiple skill sets and income streams is longer a fantastical distant idea but a hard fact. As a Career Coach, CEO of Career Therapy, I’m always working to help you identify your strongest skill sets and how to leverage them for maximum benefit in your career. In our workforce economy, the only real security we have is the skill sets, experience and passions we offer. No longer are the days where we can blindly trust that our companies will carry us into retirement.

Technically considered the gig economy age, where most often have side gigs, side hustles, and additional modes of income, it is imperative that we continue to grow and develop our skills, interests, and strengths. The best way to weather changes and ensure we land on our feet no matter the change - we are best prepared when we have a clear grasp of our total capabilities. 

Going through my own goal planning and career development process, I have taken my own advice. I've decided to expand upon my coaching business to help more people in a new way - through the purchase of Real Estate. While the ability to remain competitive in the workforce is important, owning Real Estate offers us an opportunity to build sustainable financial security. For me, this is one of the reasons I decided to add Real Estate to my goals so I can learn to invest in properties on my own and share my knowledge with others. 

Now, in addition to being the CEO of Career Therapy, I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington helping people build their property portfolios through the firm Keller Williams of Greater Seattle. Our focus is Financial Literacy and understanding how to build wealth along with your property purchase.
