Tips On Content, Writing, and Social Media
Hello Writing Enthusiasts,
Hope 2023 has been treating you well, and you are at the best of your well-being, physically, mentally, and energy-wise.
My NewsLetter Is On!
Thank you for the initial quick response of subscribing to my newsletter! As of 27/04/2023, it has 800+ subscribers, and I look forward for your support in growing it further. Please spread the word by sharing the newsletter link with your social media followers. I am overwhelmed by the warmth by all of you readers! I look forward to interacting with you in the comments!
Letter Writing And Its Frequency (Newsletter)
I had initially thought I wouldn’t have the energy to write a newsletter weekly. Honestly, I am saving every ounce of my energy for editing my upcoming short stories book. But I realized that creating awareness about my writing to you all on what’s in store is also important, so I might resort to do news letter writing using an article or two every week to keep you updated, because there is so much happening everyday as part of the writing process, which is great! Please give your feedback on my letter writing format in the comments!
Cursive Writing And Social Media Engagement
Instagram has been my favorite social media when it comes to expressing my creative and design abilities. LinkedIn is my preferred choice for engaging with my target audience. By nature, I am an artistic person, and I’m good at designing colorful, appealing posts. After designing with a third-party tool, in which I use cursive writing for the heading, text, and my signature, I post in Instagram. Check out my Instagram page on my regular posts. Maybe it would inspire you too!
Setting The Words Standards A Bit High!
I am usually a believer of delivering stories in as much simple words as possible, in the easiest way that anyone can understand. Having seen a wide spectrum of content writers across various industries – health, banking, telecom, B2B, B2C, SaaS, and so on, it has always been my endeavor to come up with very simple wordings. But, after I went through the write-ups of some of the best storytellers in the short stories arena, I figured that it’s a mix. I decided that it won’t hurt to sprinkle a few words here and there that we usually might not encounter in our daily vocabulary, but would enrich the story in a beautiful way, catering to global audiences.
Does that sound good to you? Please let me know your thoughts on this in the comments!

Reading Leads To Writing Growth!
As part of my writing journey, it is also important that I read! Does that surprise you? As part of improving my productivity and getting myself more organized, I have started reading a short non-fiction related to productivity for 45 minutes in the night after the town goes to sleep. Only the crickets make the sounds at that time and give me company! Reading on productivity is invigorating and make me more inspired and motivated, to know, and to share what I learnt. I will write about this in more detail later!
Storytelling Is Important Towards Being A Successful Author!
Storytelling and being an author go hand-in-hand. This is my personal opinion. In these days of personal connect with the audience through social media, newsletter, etc., if you don’t talk to the individual who is reading your work directly as in storytelling, I doubt if you would succeed as an author. In my upcoming short stories book, I make the stories vivid by engaging the audience with some aspects of storytelling. Storytelling happens to be a great way as people are looking for things like love stories to read online. Oh, by the way, I attend some storytelling sessions here in Bengaluru, where I learn and contribute to storytelling in my small ways. It helps me to learn, and be a better author. Maybe you should try it too, if you want to become a great author.
Keep Your Idea Pad Open While Writing!
One secret on sharing your work – be it through newsletter, or blog, or social media posts – when you work, keep your idea pad open! I personally keep my letter writing document open. During the course of writing or editing, when I encounter a thought that I think is worth sharing with you, I immediately jot it down in the letter writing document because, I might forget that thought in a couple of minutes! Makes sense?
Update On LinkedIn Followers!
I am nearing 10K followers in LinkedIn, and I thank all of you who are part of my network from the bottom of my heart for the support! I encourage you to share my profile and ask your circles to follow or connect with me so that I can grow even more, and deliver better content to all of you!
