TJCY teamed up with the Shanxi University to host the fun sports event.

With the theme "Embracing Youth" and the principle of "Unity and Cooperation," #TJCY in collaboration with the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Shanxi University, organized the "Tribute to Youth in the New Era, Striving for the Future" fun sports event on May 18, 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter in deepening school-enterprise cooperation.

At the event, notable leaders such as Xin An, Chairman of TJCY, Wei An, COO of TJCY, Wanru Mi, Delivery Director of TJCY, Caihong Si, HR Director of TJCY, and Lizhen Gao, the Dean of College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Shanxi University College and Junhong Ma, the Deputy Party Secretary were present and participated in the activities.

The sports event kicked off with an energetic cheerleading performance and the solemn national anthem. Chairman Xin An expressed heartfelt thanks to the college for their support and the organization of the event, expressing hope for further strengthening cooperation and inviting the college's faculty and students to visit TJCY for on-site exchanges.

Before the competition, representatives from TJCY presented the company’s culture through an engaging skit, which provided the college's faculty and students with a deeper understanding and appreciation of #TJCY.

#TJCY dispatched 60 employee representatives to participate in the fun sports event, forming six joint teams with 60 students and faculty members from the Shanxi University. On the sports field, members from both the company and the college demonstrated sincere unity and close cooperation, enjoying the event's fun while embodying the spirit of perseverance and striving for excellence.

This fun sports event served as a bridge for communication and interaction between TJCY and the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Shanxi University, deepening cooperation and exchanges, and paving the way for innovative talent training models in school-enterprise cooperation.
