I sincerely appreciate our Sri Lankan Chefs guild and chef Thushan and team for giving me an opportunity today I conduct technical butchery training on meat handling for our young culinary generation at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management. Culinary students are very eager to learn new things during their educational journey. Using my practical experience to help students to understand the values of meat production department. Using this valuable butchery creative knowledge that can be beneficial for your educational journey. The culinary arts is a competitive field. I am confident that all students will get excellent results from my training programs also can be a rewarding experience. It ’was a great pleasure to share my knowledge with our students for collaboration, new ideas and innovation with our young culinary generation.
