Tools That Can Help You Inspire Courage & Empower Action

Tools That Can Help You Inspire Courage & Empower Action

The best leaders I know always find a way to inspire courage and empower action.

Courage creates confidence.

Action kills fear.

As the great Amy Blaschka says:

“Action is the antidote.”

Those who do, win. Those do consistently, consistently win.

Sometimes we get too engrossed in our own duty that we lose sight of why we do what we do. Often we get so caught-up in doing our job, we forget our real purpose: To help others get what they want and need.

Everyone is in sales in some way. We all have something to sell - sometimes it is an idea, a vision, a new project, a better way forward, a smarter operational procedure, or a physical product. What is always the same though is that those who care the most, sell the most.

If you want to become a master of your craft: do more, learn more, help more.  Learn to sell, learn to lead, learn to empower action and inspire courage.

What a great list, Mareo McCracken. And you've made look at the word "encourage" and spot that it's really about giving others courage to act. That's what you're doing here.

Some brilliant books there Mareo. I also recommend reading fiction - it engendeers empathy and expands your point of view.
