Traveling for Work? Here’s How to Stay in Shape with Easy Tips

Let's cut the bullshit. I'm not here to say it's easy.

Trying to stay consistent with your fitness with frequent work trips is tough.

It fucks up the routine you've worked hard to build.

Jet lag is a nightmare.

You spend hours commuting.

And all the meetings & sitting down on transport is life draining.

So yes it's hard, but if many guys can handle it, so can you with the right ideas.

First of all, consider your gym options.

Many big chains have a multi-gym membership where you can use any of their locations nationally and even internationally.

If you're not at least looking into this, then you're not really trying to stay consistent are you 👀?

Yes, you will be tired with the commute and work meetings, but not every workout needs to be excruciating.

Often you have to accept your tiredness. Reduce the intensity and go in with the aim to keep the consistency.

That way when you are feeling good & energetic on another week, you can really push yourself due to your persistent training maintaining your strength.

BUT for a lot of you, even a multi-gym membership won't work. Perhaps because of location or because of non-stop meetings.

That's where a plan B comes in.

You still want to train, you still want to burn them calories and maintain your strength right?

So you need a home workout plan.

A workout you can do in the comfort of a hotel room in 30-45 minutes without any equipment needed.

And it just so happens I have one you can use for free.

Message me "Home Workouts" and I'll send you the link.
