This how you access your creativity instead of surrendering to your fear.
So, relax your shoulders and turn down the stress. Breathe slowly, gently, deeply and the world changes around you. Switch off your fear. Regain your composure. Notice what’s going on around you. Feel the sense of inner stability. One of our greatest challenges as individuals is to learn how to let go, to release our fear, our anger, our habits. Letting go of the past so that we may create a future that fulfils our deeper requirements and illuminates our goals with the beacon of assured success.
