Life has a way of preparing you for the next steps, if you are listening & taking notes. While watching the Championship tonight, I realized once again, the lessons learned through many losses during my competitive days participating in athletics. I learned how to prepare myself for the next challenge, to be successful versus losing again. How to take great tragedy's, like losing a million dollar business to a fire, but coming back to double the revenues in that same development.

Be calm during troubled times, know that you will have another opportunity to change your outcome. Trust your instincts & your hard work that you have put in to be the very best you can be. You have a special gift, do not let it go to wasted. Dig deep down inside of yourself and pull out the winner in you.

Be the best you can be. Believe in yourself.
