Twin Cities Real Estate Roundup: May 2024 Market Trends
Sat outside this morning for my daily devotions and really enjoyed listening to the birds singing and the quiet time alone. Summer mornings in Minnesota are the best!
Do you have a morning routine that helps you get your day started off on the right foot? Send me a DM and tell me about it. Would love to know your routine.
Can't believe we're into June already! With the page turn for a new month, wanted to give you a housing market update for May.
And before I do, here are a couple fun activities to consider now that summer is in full swing:
Have a picnic at a pizza farm. Minnesota has a few pizza farms where you can enjoy a delicious wood-fired pizza made with fresh, local ingredients. You can also take a tour of the farm and learn about how they grow their crops.
Go stargazing at a dark sky preserve. Minnesota has several dark sky preserves where you can see incredible views of the Milky Way and other celestial objects. Some of the best places to go stargazing in Minnesota include: Afton State Park, Big Bog State Recreation Area, Itasca State Park and Lac qui Parle State Park.
Home Prices Continue to Rise
Home prices in our area continue to show steady growth, with existing homes up 3% year-over-year. While days on market are slightly increasing, properly priced and professionally marketed properties are still generating multiple offer scenarios.

What does this mean for you?
Buyers: Act quickly on the right opportunity to be competitive. And partner with me for out-of-the box thinking offers that beat out the competition.
Sellers: With multiple buyers vying for a limited number of houses, bidding wars are becoming more common. This drives up the selling price and puts you in the driver's seat during negotiations.
