Uncharted KPI Cafe Content Coming
*Disclaimer at the bottom of this post.*
In one week, I'll be releasing special episodes of the #KPICafe. They'll touch on mental health -- anxiety, depression, and other conditions -- with an emphasis on times of uncertainty and isolation. I think nearly all of us have been impacted by the current pandemic, sometimes by proxy, in many ways.
I'll have two guests: Kevin Briggs and Kit Nowell.
Kevin Briggs -- an Army veteran, former corrections officer, former Sergeant for the California Highway Patrol, and cancer survivor -- earned the nickname the "Guardian of the Golden Gate" from saving over 200 people by literally talking them off the ledge. He has since spent his time talking to law enforcement groups, educational institutions, and more on crisis management and suicide prevention.
Kit Nowell earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Depth Psychology. She now runs her own clinic where she helps others seek insights into their struggles with new ways of being, cultivated self-compassion, and new life meaning.
I hope you'll join me next week as we dive into some discussion with tremendous gravity.
