To accelerate the impact of young professionals we founded the Undercover Activist and started our online course on Positive Workplace Activism. We emphasise:

• Change is a process not a one-off solution
• Always understand and include different perspectives
• Leadership is not a role; it is a process to create the conditions for change
• Take care of yourself, think about self-care and safety, employee rights and dangers to prevent burn-out and conflict
• Positivity and creativity are key to connect to both purpose and passion
