it is sad to see Nestle Nigeria, PZ Cussons Nigeria, Unilever Nigeria, Nigeria breweries and many other companies real out losses, that has wiped out shareholders’ funds, but mastering Net Revenue Management isn't just a strategy—it's a survival imperative. By embracing NRM principles, businesses can not only weather the storm of hyperinflation but also emerge stronger and more resilient in an ever-changing economic landscape.
