Vegan goes on ... Cheesespecialities without Cheese

Vegan goes on ... Cheesespecialities without Cheese

A blogarticle from staphBlog, mission ethic, good food (since 7/ 2015) German-lnaguage, and now some in English as well

Since years the vegan trend is etablished in discounters as well, vegan food isn't boring but very creative, yummy and healthy ... and it becomes more and more better and varied and popular. New products which are very similiar to cheese in it's various types often made of coconut oil and lupin-clover. So we have vegan cheesespecilatities as well for all who want an alternative to dairy products. But have a look at the mouseprint. Not every vegan food is organic and free of chemicals. So some include preservatives, dyestuffs and binder, because cheese from plants isn't easy to make. So better take organic vegan cheese, which is made from natural ingredients only. Mostly it includes water, potato flour, flour of lupines and sea salt, coconut oil. For the yellow colour curcuma, an indian spice is added and thickener is from xanthan and agar-agar from algals.

I think organic vegan cheese you will get in bio or vegan shops only, not in any discounters. The company bedda-world has a really wonderful name, but instead of some chemicals they should include healthy natural ingredients, which make a real better world.

Even if I'm not vegan, just only vegetarian, I appreciate this very much. Thank you :-)
