Job Purpose
A critical role in supporting the business priority of building superior equity at the point of purchase. The role will focus on:
· Step-change in-store permanent visibility
· Develop strong joint business plans with our retailers that drive mutual, profitable growth
· Enable perfect execution with fit-to-win process, delivering the highest standard of execution across the portfolio
· Ensure the brand image in store is in-line with brand and company standards
Job Requirements
Drive execution and implementation of cosmetic permanent merchandising, both locally & globally produced, for all Coty Consumer Beauty brands.
1. CAPEX: Manage budget for Permanent Merchandising counters and permanent casettes updates per category.
2. Plannogramming: Work closely with Trade, Marketing and Commercial teams of the most efficient, impactful and clean plannogrames that are to be updated according to seasonality of launches and KCPs.
3. Budget: Manage capex and opex budget effectively
4. In-store Locations: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure best in class locations in the stores vis-à-vis visibility and competitor evidence. Support the sales team in conquering new and better shelf space via best-in-class design proposals to retailer.
5. Training | Onboarding: Conduct regular training | onboarding when needed on in-store functions and updates in line with NPD for front line teams
6. Tracking of Projects (ROI): Tracking of In-Store execution is critical and needs to be resourced via local tracking via sales team.
7. Brand Equity: Liaise between the brand teams and global teams equity to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in the market from PM unit design to visuals and artwork
8. Lead & empower suppliers:
· Lead suppliers in designing and delivering of permanent merchandising counters in-line with brand guidelines.
· Challenge suppliers on the best quotes for the production of Permanent units and updates focusing on ROI.
9. Collaboration: Manage relations and approvals between key stakeholders within Sales, Trade Marketing, Global Brand Teams.
10. Quality Control: Supervise production of suppliers and sign off of units prior to installations. Ensure brand quality through training/partnership with suppliers.
11. Maintenance: Ensure that a regional robust process is maintained for the implementation of the Cosmetic Permanent Merchandising installations with an associated maintenance program.
12. Project Management Skills: Manage the design, planning, production and implementation of Cosmetic counters in the region:
· Operating with excellence - Disciplined and structured in project tracking.
· Accountability: Need to follow through POs from creation (before the job is done) until closure
· Coordinate with retailers the installations of permanent counters based on regionally provided design specifications and timings.
· Build relationship with distributors/retailers to ensure smooth negotiations at all times, with quick response time in case of critical requirement.
· CPS management: Manage and educate suppliers on project delivery lead times. Challenge suppliers on tight lead time delivery.
13. Competitor Analysis: Share any monthly insights from trade visits / Trend report (e.g., Retail Summit)
Job Profile
Education:
· Relevant Degree
Required experience:
· Minimum 5 years management experience in an equivalent role in the retail industry
· Proven experience in owning and managing a capex & opex budget
· Experience in executing in the pharmacy channel

· SAP experience highly beneficial
Technical Skills and Competencies:
· Instore manager should have a trade/category management, In-Store/retail knowledge. Understanding commercial is a plus.
· Eye for detail and aesthetics

· PM is a very dynamic role. A Can Do attitude is mandatory.
· Strong project management skills and action oriented.
· Data analytics skills & commercial acumen is a plus.
· Competent in Microsoft office, specifically Powerpoint & Excel
