Voices of Consultadd

Ever felt that burst of energy when you wake up to a chilly morning? I've always been a big fan of cold winters. Ever since I was little, I didn't care much for summer or the rainy season. Loving the cold has helped me, especially when I'm stressed or haven't slept much during winter nights.

The US, with its promise of new beginnings, felt like home the moment I stepped in, aligning perfectly with my childhood dreams and my love for cold weather.

A little background, back in college, I never imagined I'd get far, coming from a humble background without even a computer at home. My interest grew when I saw my friend Rajat from computer science doing amazing things with technology for Microsoft. Then, during college placements in 2016, I came across Consultadd and wanted to explore the opportunity.

Moving to the US was a significant leap, but it felt natural. The cultural differences and new experiences never bothered me; they were steps closer to what I wanted to be. Having lived away from my family since tenth grade made the transition smoother.

My day here begins at 6:00 AM with exercise, followed by breakfast and a day of work. Despite a busy schedule, I make time for reading, especially about new technologies and projects. Weekends are for relaxation, outdoor activities, and travel. I love meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and absorbing the positivity they bring into my life.

Travel has a special place in my heart. The US is vast and filled with wonders I yearn to explore, from the Grand Canyon to the streets of San Francisco. My list includes visiting all seven wonders of the world, a dream I'm gradually turning into reality.

I have enjoyed reading books since my childhood. They've shaped my understanding of the world and myself. "You Can Win" and "Life is What You Make It" are two books that profoundly impacted me, especially during challenging times. They taught me the power of positivity and resilience.

Professionally, I've grown significantly since joining Consultadd seven years ago. As a .net developer, I'm constantly learning and experimenting, often preferring the simplicity of pen and paper to draft codes before bringing them to life on the screen.

For those, starting a career in the US, my advice is simple: be fearless, be strong, and have a clear vision. The journey may be challenging, but with patience, trust in your abilities, and support from those around you, success is within reach.
