Voices of Consultadd
"Back in the day, I was fascinated by space and aircraft, dreaming of becoming an engineer or pilot. However, as I delved into my education, I discovered a new passion - technology. I began learning about computers and programming languages, which piqued my interest. Gradually, my dreams evolved, steering me towards a career in the tech industry.
Soon after completing my graduation in information technology, I started exploring job opportunities abroad. My cousin, who was already working in the USA, inspired me to consider opportunities there.
I began preparing for the necessary exams and eventually, the doors of the US swung open for me. I seized the opportunity, deciding to further my education by pursuing my master's degree in Virginia.
The decision to relocate to the US was a formidable one, requiring me to leave behind the comfort and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The cultural differences posed a challenge, as did the job hunt following my master's degree.
Upon securing a job, I started working on a project that helped me learn new skills. Through all these changes, my parents remained my steadfast pillars of support. Their first trip to visit me in the US was a moment that made me very proud.
For those considering making the US their home, I have a piece of advice - Keep your friendships strong. They will be your lifeline, your antidote to homesickness. But most importantly, amidst the hustle and bustle of this new life, never lose sight of your dreams and aspirations."
