We can fly to Mars, but we cannot protect Earth from thirst, hunger, drought and hopelessness!

For the first time in human history, the threat from drought and lack of rainfall to forest and agricultural production of raw materials for food, firewood and building materials may become a thing of the past.

Desalination for freshwater production of the global ocean on a scale that lowers the global ocean more than it rises, to protect coastal areas from flooding and salt pollution, and to protect groundwater resources from saltwater intrusion.

Irrigation of new vegetation on all currently barren, but still suitable areas for forestry and agriculture to achieve both shading and cooling of the soil surface against overheating by the sun, and not least and for the first time in human history, a unique opportunity to determine when plants and trees can be supplied with fresh water in the quantities needed, precisely when there is a need!

Moreover, at a price that does not require state support and far below the wholesale price of raw materials for food, firewood and building materials, and at the same time by 24/7 monitoring by biologists who are paid by the planned water fund via a fund that should preferably be managed by the UN, which is also the first time that a producer takes total responsibility.

The planned water fund MAY ONLY be managed by the officially registered rules with reporting obligations in case of rule violations and may NOT be managed by politics or religion.

The purpose is solely to spread desalination technology globally, at the lowest possible total cost per m3, to all countries that comply with the UN rules for human rights and the environment.

As well as ensuring that people have permission to think about inappropriateness of the rules.

The global and local rollout of desalination plants is determined solely by the planned water fund, primarily to ensure against overheating of economies and thus budget overruns and delays. See section 01 “Summary” (in the main article with blue header) Chapter 06 Fair Play https://lnkd.in/giAeN33W

Coastal countries can buy a production license and then countries located further from the sea. This is because produced freshwater, cf. the planned water fund rules, MUST be stored in water towers and that networks of water towers take time to build if it is to be sustainable.

The next article 09.066, which will be published on January 12, 2025, contains an in-depth analysis of the societal development through controlled use of desalinated seawater.
