Shimadzu offers a complete solution for automated immunosuppressant analysis from a ready-to-use kit that simultaneously quantifies key immunosuppressant drugs in whole blood, over automated sample preparation with a robotic liquid handler to high-throughput analysis with LC-MS/MS CE-IVD devices. The method, including automated sample preparation, has been fully validated following international bioanalytical guidelines (ICH M10), including those from the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI C62-A).

The DOSIMMUNE™ kit is a ready-to-use kit for simultaneous quantification of four key immunosuppressant drugs in whole blood. The DOSIMMUNE™ kit is easy to set on a liquid handler.
Automated sample preparation.
High throughput of 1.5 minutes per sample is achieved in LC-MS/MS analysis by automation with liquid handlers.
LC-MS systems compliant with In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR).
