WE HAVE BEEN SUBVERTED

WE HAVE BEEN SUBVERTED

The most useless and counterproductive question that is being asked today is, "are you voting for Biden or Trump?"  It is throwing down the gauntlet to millions of congealed minds on either side of the divide which only deepens animosities. It is not the right question, because when so bluntly presented it makes the choice already intractable more rigidly implacable.

We are encumbered at an impasse from which we cannot disentangle ourselves unless we can be persuaded that the election of 2024 is not a personality test, nor should it be determined based on an obvious precipitously declining cognition.

It is time past due for us to put aside the predilections of childhood and to critically analyze the issues upon which our future as a free nation depends. In that regard a study of history from 2016 t0 2024 is imperative. It must be rooted in an examination of where we were then compared to where we are now. Keep in mind that we are not evaluating contestants in a beauty contest. Character is not an irrelevant consideration, but it must be proportional and in the context of the over-riding issues. Individual preference will place each candidate within a spectrum ranging from engaging to alienating. That must not be the main determinant when we are assailed by the enemy within.

Readers of this article will have identified with one candidate or another. Our unequivocal responsibility is not to base our choice on anything less than an informed and dispassionate decision. We must avoid the influence of demeaning portrayals by the left and right of cartoonish depictions of aspirants to our highest office.

Ours must be the deeply reflective and dispassionate decision by which childishness is rejected and maturity prevails. The divisions among us are so antagonistic it may seem like an impossible dream or a "fool's errand." I beg to differ. We can rise to the occasion, but it will require the determination of our forefathers to rescue an accurate apprehension of a pivot point lodged in our distant history. Unless we reverse the ill-conceived choice hubristically made by a President in 1933, signified by an unawareness of unintended consequences, we can identify it on our calendar as the beginning of the end.

DEI began in 1933 with Roosevelt’s fateful decision to normalize relations with the murderous communist regime known as the USSR. It opened the United States doors to an unprecedented invasion of Marxists militants, communist spies, and domestic fellow travelers.

In the following decades, progressive academics, journalists, novelists, artists and entertainers all celebrated the socialist ideals of the Bolshevik Revolution. The wind was sown from Soviet show trials to corrupt courts, national sovereignty  to open borders, education to indoctrination, free speech to censorship, freedom of religion to suppression of faith, honest elections to ballot harvesting, New  Deal to Bidenomics. The whirlwind is upon us.

The Presidential Election of 2024 will be determinative of the preservation of our way of life. People are encountering our current crises fomented by cultural Marxism and an expansionist political Islam in various ways. Our choice for President must be intellectual not reflexively emotional, more so because we are assailed from every quarter, and by both candidates with inflammatory rhetoric which has the effect of blurring the realities which should determine our decision. You will find the answer in history beginning in 1933 and examined from 2016 to 2024. The following article is written by a courageously heroic and scholarly woman of uncompromised integrity. Reading and digesting it will be an indispensable learning experience and a predicate for making an informed choice in November.
