I hope you all had an incredible week.

This week, I had the absolute pleasure of joining our phenomenal product team for a day of celebration, reflection, and planning during our first in-person meetup.

We’ve been working on something BIG for months now, and I’m beyond thrilled to finally share it with you. 🎉

But first, I want to shoutout the product team.

These folks are the real MVPs behind the scenes. Earlier this week, we took a well-deserved break, gathered together, and dove into some team-building activities, shared a great meal, and brainstormed exciting ideas for the future. 

I can’t overstate how proud I am of this team.

Their dedication, creativity, and relentless drive have resulted in a massive update that’s going to fundamentally change how you work inside Atarim.

So, without further ado, let’s get into it!

Introducing: The All-New Inbox! 🚀

Our inbox wasn’t just refreshed; it’s been completely rebuilt. And trust me, this is going to take your workflow to a whole new level. We’ve listened to your feedback and spent months redesigning the inbox from the ground up to give you a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive experience.


Here’s what’s new and improved:

  • ✨ A Fresh Look and Feel: The inbox now looks and feels brand new. You’ll notice right away that navigating between your projects is quicker, and the overall experience is much smoother. It’s designed with you in mind – every click is now faster and more intuitive.
  • 📂 Project Selection, Simplified: Jumping between projects? No problem. The new project dropdown menu is built for speed and ease. It even includes a search function to help you quickly find exactly what you need.
  • 📝 Smarter Communication with Our New Text Editor: We’ve completely overhauled the text editor to make formatting, linking, and embedding images a breeze. Your client and team communications are now clearer and more seamless than ever before.
  • 🔗 Manage Attachments Effortlessly: Seamlessly view, download, and manage attachments within inbox messages, with support for various file types and large files, with all files that are uploades showing in the task details for easy access.
  • ⚡ Task Filters & Bulk Actions: Get organized with advanced filtering options! You can now filter tasks by status, priority, tags, and more. Plus, manage multiple tasks at once with improved bulk actions to help you stay on top of things.
  • ⏳ Integrated Time Tracking: Time tracking is more straightforward, allowing users to start, pause, and save timers directly from the inbox, without navigating to separate time entry pages.

And we’re just getting started.

This update is only the first step in our ongoing mission to make Atarim the most powerful tool for agencies and teams.

We’re rolling out these changes across the platform to ensure that every interaction you have with Atarim is faster, smoother, and more efficient. 💪

We’ve poured everything into making it the best possible experience, and your feedback has been invaluable in getting us to this point. 🙌
