Giving back to the community

When think of the learners / leaders and members of Agile community whom I was lucky enough to know, always thought about constructive ways to give back. I know there are a lot of ways, but what is easy, quick and efficient ? Multiple ways to connect !!

I will leave the book names with no comments of mine. A book is always a treasure and not knowing before exploring is a positive.

Third Millennium Thinking by Saul Perimutter, John Campbell and Robert MacCoun

Hidden Potential by Adam Grant

There are 6 more books now in the kitty and not enough time to listen. This is a good problem to have. A very good problem.

An Interesting Thought

Training budget (even if it is few hundred dollars) will be the first to get cut OR look for the cheapest option when things go south. While everyone on LinkedIn talks about learning, is it the reality?
