The recent 2023 version of the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (EECP) was released in conjunction with speeches by Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite at the ABA White Collar Conference. Over a special four-part blog post series, I took a deep dive into the additions and revisions to the 2020 version of the ECCP.
