The Week of 'Womanhood' #4

The Week of 'Womanhood' #4

This week was weird. The biased 'breaking of the bias' posts got to me. I was mostly off the platform because those who predominantly create the problem were being applauded and encouraged by the platform. Here's a revolutionary idea - celebrate everyone and not just a particular type. That would be a break from the tokenism that is so prevalent on Social and Professional Media platforms.

On to LinkedIn, nothing to report here because disappointment - I am experiencing disappointment. Seeing some of the worst gatekeepers of talent being boosted everywhere as influencers was disheartening. I can totally see why a lot of writers who were active on LinkedIn have transitioned to Twitter - at least Twitter doesn't pretend.

Let's start with my content consumption for the week. I was just too busy to consume content. I did manage to squeeze some stuff in.

On to the website, the show notes page is active now as well. Feel free to access it with or without a subscription.

For now, I have nothing planned for LinkedIn. There were plans but I postponed them for now. There might be a few audio room but most will happen randomly so keep an eye on the notifications...that about does it for the updates
