Heart of Florida United Way Announced as First-Ever Orlando Pride Sleeve Partner
The Orlando Pride and Heart of Florida United Way today announced a multiyear partnership, which will see Heart of Florida United Way become the first-ever Club-exclusive sleeve partner for the Pride, with the non-profit's logo featured on the right sleeve of both the Phoenix and Citrus Kits. In collaboration with the Pride, Heart of Florida United Way will become the Proud Charity Partner of the Orlando Pride and presenting partner of the Club’s new charity ticket program that will see 50 tickets donated to a local, Central Florida non-profit for every Orlando Pride home match. Additionally, the two organizations will partner throughout the year on Heart of Florida United Way projects and initiatives that directly support Central Floridians.

Special Exhibition Opening at the Holocaust Center
Join the Holocaust Memorial Resource & Education Center of Florida for The Borscht Belt: Revisiting the Remains of America's Jewish Vacationland on Thursday, June 6th, 6:30-8pm. Photographer Marisa Scheinfeld will present large-scale photographs of abandoned sites where Borsch Belt resorts and bungalow colonies once boomed in the Catskill Mountain region of upstate New York. The story of the Borscht Belt is also the tale of the assimilation of Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe into the American middle class. Registration is free and highly encouraged.

Join FusionFest for a special June Diversitastic! Dining experience: Culinary Fusion Contest 2024! The culinary contest takes place at Creative Village’s Union West Building and is available on June 5th, 6th, 10th, and 11th with new contestants each night. Innovative chefs, adventurous culinary students, and creative home cooks create unique dishes combining ingredients, techniques, or spices from at least two different continents/cultures for a chance to win cash awards up to $1,000. Front Porch at The Monroe Kicks off Pride Month with BBQ Drag Bingo!
The Monroe and Bungalower Media are teaming up to host a kick-off event for Pride Month on June 1st at the restaurant’s Front Porch venue. Doors open at 6pm to find your perfect table and games start at 7pm sharp. Join Brenda from Bithlo for five rounds of bingo overlooking the beautiful Luminary Green in Creative Village’s favorite outdoor venue. Attendees get a free welcome cocktail with their ticket, and food will be available to purchase a la carte from the outdoor barbecue station with a menu featuring ribs, burgers, yummy watermelon, brats, and push-pops. CommUNITY Rainbow Run, Presented by Orlando Health
The Orlando Health CommUNITY Rainbow Run returns to Orlando for its 8th year with a new route on June 8th! The 4.9k foot race will begin and end at City Hall Plaza, taking place from 7-10:30am, and feature a Kid's Fun Run and access to the Love is Love Lounge. Proceeds from this year's run will go towards Strengthen Orlando, a new non-profit dedicated to creating a permanent Pulse memorial. Click here to register!
