One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt in my 58 years on this planet is that you have to realise Everyone can only ever operate from their current level of awareness at any stage in their lives they're doing the best they can with what they've got right now.
Think about it: That frustrating client? The employee who just can't seem to get it? Even your parents who still give you unsolicited advice? They're all navigating their own journeys, armed with their own unique (and sometimes limited for whatever reason) set of tools.
This isn't about letting people off the hook for bad behaviour. It's about shifting your perspective. Understanding this simple truth unlocks a superpower: empathy. And empathy, my friends, is a game-changer in business and in life.

To Basically to power their ai servers into the future because of how much power it takes (the more power you have the more clever your ai also). I believe the that the 3 mile island plant powered 300,000 homes before it was decommissioned now it will mainly power Microsoft's ai servers.
