INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COACHING

To help you be a better leader, individual coaching is designed to help you reach your full potential in both leadership and life.

You choose the number of sessions you want over three, six months or a year, and I'll invoice you.

• I recommend at least one to two monthly sessions and, ideally, at least three sessions to get the full benefits. 

We can incorporate the Clifton Strengths Finder in the sessions to help you lead with your strengths.
