What does it tell about me?

What does it tell about me?

Two people. Someone says something or does something. Or someone says or does nothing. Whatever one person does, it lands somehow in the other one. And it might not be a big deal and mean nothing. Or it could land deep inside. Very deep.

There are moments when it makes a huge noise in ourselves. Those are the moments of truth about ourselves. Ordinary, yet powerful. How come that some part of me is being shaken so much? Why am I so vulnerable? There is always something behind it. My stuff, my garbage, my story. My desires, my needs. Something about me. Very true and real. Emotions don’t lie. We just need to see through them. To get to that part of us that is shaken. If we stay blind to it, we lose the opportunity to grow as a person.

And it all goes to pausing and choosing to feel and understand.

The choice for the Brave.
