What are emotions? How it impacts one's behaviors/ actions?
Emotions are the biological reactions of humans to outside events/ happenings. It is the core of human interactions as these emotions/ feelings indicates how one is feeling. Emotions cannot be controlled, it is non contrived and natural.
There are different well known types of emotions. It varies with different events/ feelings such is if one is happy so his/ her emotions will always be positive with full of joy and excitement.
While if one is having health issues so his/ her emotions will always be tense, sad and disgusting. Similarly if someone having relationship problem so he/ she will always go through loneliness and depression.
But if someone having good relationship, family, friends so he/ she will always having feeling of care and excitement. Emotions changes with the effects from outside environment one is in.
Emotions play an important role in shaping up one’s behaviors and actions. Emotions are all about feelings i.e. feeling of belongingness, feeling of care and love, feeling of realization of others situation, feelings of empathy and sympathies.
Emotions act as moderators which speed up the reactions, attitudes and ultimately it affects actions. For emotions it doesn’t matter with the feelings be generated are positive or negative, its function is only to speed that up.
It is our emotions that drives us to perform/ react for example if we are happy so we become more excited/ passionate about the things that makes us happy and we feel comfortable in doing that.
In contrast if we feel bored/ sad in an environment or in our specific activity so our energy level fells down and we don’t want to perform or stay in that specific environment.
The same goes for a job. If we have a job aligned with our personal values and interest so our inner emotions drive us to perform/ engage more and more and we feel happy in that.
On the other side if we are having a job which is contrary to our personal values and interest so our body feels the burden and we cannot perform that job with the required enthusiasm.

Emotional attachment is the term which can be used for expressing deep attachment with something or someone. For example I have to express that this house is my birthplace and that I am emotionally attached with this area/ house.
So it means I am seriously, deeply and intensely attached with this specific thing and I could not ignore visiting/ remembering this place.
Noteworthy thing is if I say I am emotionally attached so people will understand the seriousness and the commitment attached I am talking about. So I do not always need to explain it, the term in itself explain everything packed inside.
Emotions changes our mood. For example I am smiling, it means I am feeling (Emotions) good. While if I am sad so it means I am not feeling (Emotions) well. If I am sad so it is my mood and feeling of sadness are my emotions.
