What Got You Here? - Behaviors Of Entrepreneurship

I was talking to an Entrepreneur who was picking up his business from the depths of economy and the current state of mind. We were brainstorming actions that we can take to get the business back on track and swinging along at full speed in the coming few weeks and months.

The entrepreneur was also looking at all the challenges faced in the past and how the business wasn't on strong footing to begin with and hence the current economic situation made a big dent in the revenues and thus the current predicament.

A valid question to ask as an entrepreneur is what behaviors have led us here and what new behaviors do we need to now implement so that we don't find ourselves in similar situations. Behaviors are actions repeated over and over, consistently, and predictably that they occur like second nature. All our results in life are a function of our current behaviors.

So, a valid question to ask is - What behaviors can we now alter, so that we don't see ourselves in similar situation in the future.

What behaviors do you need to alter, what new behaviors come to your mind?

Introspection and analysis of the situations are necessary so that the person can understand the previous mistakes learn from it and not repeat it further .
