What stops us from taking quantum leaps?

You might not be surprised but if you look in the mirror, you will probably find the answer. The purpose of this post is to make us think and not place the blame on others. We must first look in the mirror and look deep into the eyes of the one staring back at you

What is stopping me from that Quantum Leap?

In listening to a podcast by Lewis Howes, he interviewed Dr. Price Pritchett. He shared the 5 "C's" that can stop us from reaching our full potential and helps to take that jump.

  • Complaining - The energy invested in this will not change the situation.
  • Criticizing - Looking and judging other people will take the focus of the one you can control - YOU.
  • Concern (Worrying) - Being concerned for the safety and well-being is a good thing; however, being concerned over things that you are unable to control is using fuel that could be used to propel you to higher heights.
  • Commiserating - Joining the crowd and each throwing a murmuring log into the fire will only make the situation appear bigger and worse than it truly is. Why not use that wood and place it into the fire of a vision and dream?
  • Catastrophizing - What can happen is you get to a point of investing all your precious time into "What If........?" and you insert the worst possible outcome. You can almost guarantee that the person you see in the mirror will justify why they should NOT take that Quantum Leap. What if......?.

The Letter C

What if you could be surrounded by other like-minded people who wanted to take that Quantum Leap to reach all that God has for us? It can happen and is happening. Let me know if you would like to join this amazing journey of changing the world by crushing the FIVE "C's" in our lives. You will look in the mirror and see the LION within you and see:

  • Courage
  • Conviction
  • Capacity
  • Capabilities
  • Commitment

The one who is within you needs you to believe in Him and in what He has called you to become!
