As we start off 2023 the real estate industry has seemingly pumped the brake after two historic years. Whenever I sit with the top agents in the game the common theme I hear from them is that this is the time to solidify yourself as a market maker.

The ideal real estate brokerage would provide its agents with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in today's competitive real estate market. One of the key needs agent have is having resources, technology and innovation, which helps them streamline their work and stay ahead of the curve.

One of the most important tools that agents continue to search for is a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) system. This system should allows agents to easily manage their contacts, leads, and transactions all in one place. With its intuitive interface and powerful features, agents can quickly and easily organize their client information, schedule appointments, and track their progress. Today this system does exist but is often comprised of multiple softwares tied into one.

In addition to the CRM, the pinnacle driver for agent production is cutting-edge marketing tools and resources. Whether it's virtual reality tours, professional photography and videography, or social media advertising, finding the right team and systems to provide everything an agent needs to effectively promote their listings and reach potential buyers in top priority.

At scale most great agents will need to build a team. Finding a company that provides ongoing training and support to help agents stay up to date on the latest real estate trends and best practices is a big difference maker for team growth. This combined with gaining access to a network of experienced real estate professionals, agents can connect with others, share ideas, and learn from each other to continually improve their skills and knowledge to provides a path for agent development and production.

In conclusion, today an agent needs more than a brokerage, they need a well resourced partner to grow their business in today's fast-paced real estate market. By focusing on technology, marketing, education, and support, the top agents in the industry can further set themselves apart from the pack as the market changes.
