What is your imperfectly perfect story

What is your imperfectly perfect story

A perfect imperfection is when you two fight with each other, you shout, you weep.. but still you are there for each other.. and you fit together like Kintsugi..the art of broken pieces..A perfect imperfection is when your are bruised, you are wounded, you are bleeding and you are devastated.. but you still manage to smile..A perfect imperfection is when your loved one, any of them, meets an accident (heaven forbid) and then you are told that they are alive, though probably not so fine..

I think prefect imperfection is maybe just a combined wording that could also be called unique, amorphous, fluid or just indescribable. Imperfection is so often associated with ‘flawed’. What we call flaws in so many things are the unrepeatable and rare aspects that make things individual, fascinating, bizarre, challenging, wonderful, terrible. Perfection is the consummate aspiration that is strived for, and accidentally found sometimes, in the blemishes we encounter whilst we seek the imponderable. There is no such thing as a perfection that is perceived by everyone and everything as the same ideal.

“I love this world because it is imperfect. It is imperfect, and that's why it is growing; if it was perfect it would have been dead.” - Osho.

“Life always waits for some crisis to occur before revealing itself at its most brilliant.” - Paulo Coelho,

“We come to love not by finding a perfect person but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly.” - Sam Keene.

Alternatively, I could be dispassionate and ascribe the words ‘oxymoron’ or ‘contradictory’ to the term, ‘Perfect Imperfection’. We could agree to disagree about it.

Glory be to God for dappled things -

For skies of coupled-colour as a brindled cow;

For rose-moles all in stipple upon trout that swim;

Fresh fire-coal; chestnut-falls; finches' wings;

Landscape plotted and pieced - fold, fallow and plough;

And all trades, their gear and tackle and trim.

All things counter, original, spare, strange;

Whatever is fickle, freckled (who knows how?)

With swift, slow; sweet, sour; a dazzle, dim;

He farthers-forth whose beauty is past change:

Praise him.

Pied Beauty - Gerard Manley Hopkins

The imperfect being or an imperfect situation will let you feel all the emotions, some of the emotions which you are unaware of yourself. While a perfect one will block your emotional journey. That is why imperfect is beautiful. Beautiful things are perfect in their own way "Things are wonderful if we Let them be ..When we look at sunsets.. we don't find ourselves saying. " soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner " We don't try to control a sunset..We watch it with awe as it unfolds..Things are beautiful and perfect in their own ways nothing other than our point of view to look at things must be changed.

If you look carefully at another person - leaving aside ‘things and animals’, you will find asymmetry, i.e. imperfections. Beauty is supposed to be idealized in symmetry, but often the things we love are not perfect, not symmetrical but hold a fascination in their imperfection; a slightly twisted mouth can be charming if not downright loveable. Perfection is a Platonic theoretical idea that entered our language over 2300 years ago. As such it remains just the; an idea about an ideal. Nothing on this earth is perfect, except in the eyes of the beholder and then every loved object is perfect. Plato’s ideal forms held that perfection is beyond the human condition, but that all existence is drawn towards the ideal.

Our true value system of beauty is couched in Platonic terms; the closer to symmetry, the more beauteous. That is a theoretical ideal. In everyday life, away from theories, we love, often because of so-called imperfections. The recognition of “perfection” is, to a certain degree, arbitrary. Perfection requires a subjective standard. One may say that humanity is perfect, as we humans are collectively behaving as humans are designed to behave, with all our faults being executed as faults are designed to be executed.

Nature, with its flawless beauty is, in its own right, a supremely complicated example of perfection. There is a perfection in the violence of a lion taking an antelope as sustenance. There is perfection in the simple process of trial and error. It is possible to rationalize these ideas through the perfect process of logical deduction. That is not to say that human behavior is without it’s intrinsic exceptions to the “norm”. But, the reference to an “imperfect being” is in itself arbitrary.

Imperfection is a matter of perspective. Perspective is a matter of conditioning. Conditioning is a perfect process which yields perfect results. Imperfect results are perfect, based on the fact that they are the result of specific, reproducible processes of perfectly executed errata. Hence ‘your perfect imperfections’ rings true for all of us. A perfect imperfection is when a girl is with a guy who she fights with, mistreats her, or a guy she doesn't want to be with and then a guy like me comes along and changes that in an instant. As well loves her so deeply you leave her doing the penguin walk.. however, in the end I still have to leave her & usually the relationship doesn't last more than twenty-four hours.. A perfect imperfection. Cheers!

Every measurement or decision is a relative one depends on objects or problems, sensors, analytical processes, the environments and preconceived ideas or standards hence different people have different perspectives on same object or problem at different scenarios. Many times like some modern arts imperfections can also be very beautiful and attractive.
