It's not a thing or an object or even an idea
Because the first thing you sell is your state!
Sales is a transfer of emotion - it happens automatically - whatever emotion you're feeling when you meet your counterpart - that's what gets transferred!
So, Imagine what your body would feel like if they already said “Yes” even before you open your mouth - do that right now - how would you feel? what emotion?
Gratitude is how I'd describe it - so create that in your body immediately before you meet your prospects - whether it's in person, on screen or on the phone (it even informs you email or the tone of your DM's!)

STOP all that BS 'rapport building' rubbish where you try to find common ground or just produce canned small talk to 'break the ice' - because they know it's an act and neither you or they want to be friends!
