WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS ?

Of course, BSC (Balanced Score Card), SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threads), a combination of both, GACL (Generally Accepted Complexity Level) and more have been invented for optimizing organizations but, finally, that isn't up what managers are dreaming of ...

 

(just an idea of what is possible for a tailored prospective situational analysis and reduce the complexity. See GACL again)

 

Maybe could that simple uttering joke be of some help in the solution search? ... "the weak point of an organization is simply that organizations do exist and add complexity to the humans relations" (rules are showing up there after and ... you can imagine the "rest") ...

Are the organizations, as the common ones we know, the best for "living with the change"?

A conclusion after many years of project management in various countries: the reason why, at this time, some enterprises are reconsidering the ways of teaming persons for other "much more profitable results"  ...

However, that isn't so easy to achieve: confidence is part of that new "game" ...

It's possible to connect what is known about organization (who, what, where...) with its cash-flow in order to monitor, measure, correct and predict its competitiveness (tables and graphs). So management consulting might evolve towards almost self-consulting, if proper methods are known.

Organization has too main meanings : structure and large collection of humans ... Or better : large collection of relations betxeen humans ...

The Key issue with the organizations is that of.....INABILITY or UNABLE to UNLEARN the PAST to CREATE BREAKTHROUGH MINDSET !!!
