Where Are Your Thoughts? Are You Here Now in This Precious Present Moment?

I'm listening to it while I write and am allowing the sacred chakra cleansing to wash over me and letting all the negativity be escorted away by peaceful waves of love and worthiness. Won't that kind of sync be wonderful!?

Breathe in. Breathe out. Allow your breathing to deepen gradually...relax and let go of tech support calls...let go of data corrections...let go of missed appointments...let go of missed opportunities. Really. If they went by, they weren't the opportunities that were waiting for you. Remember, the Universe is always working on your behalf. Even when you can't tell it is or it doesn't 'seem' like it is.

Trust me. It is. Always. The Universe has your back. Whether you feel it or not. Whether you remember it or not.






We are all dealing with so much right now...it seems like more than ever..especially post-pandemic, right? More stress...more worry...more anger....but, are we? Are we more distracted than we were before covid came and we got shut away and we did Mother Nature a favor or does it just feel that way?

Breathe in. Breathe out. Feed your cells the oxygen they need. Laugh for a minute straight and give your lymph system the pumping up of OXYGEN that it needs. When we don't laugh and we don't get cardio, our lymph system struggles to support our immunity. Stress becomes a killer...when we don't laugh and we don't exercise.

Today we will remember...we will put a pin...remind ourselves...add it to our calendar...create a reminder in our phones...to LAUGH...to BREATHE consciously...to CHECK in on Someone whom we haven't talked to in awhile. When we have NETWORKS of LOVE and SUPPORT, it helps us to stay healthy and not get swallowed by our stress.

We will consciously care for ourselves. We will remind ourselves every morning that when we wake up it is a Gift. This day is the Present. Breathe in. Breathe out.

Do You know when we aren't in the present moment?









When we are worried. When we are stressed out, we are not thinking about this moment here and now when that is our state. We are thinking ahead to a time when we hope things will be different. Or horrible. Or better... (Imagination) it doesn't matter how we see it, what it is...is it's not Now. Our life is lived in a series of NOW MOMENTS. And we don't get them back if we spend them in stress or worry or fear. We never get them back.

Ready to take back your day from fear, worry, anxiety? I know I am! That's why I am starting a new radio show! I wanted to do this and to bring YOU along!
