I had a productive conversation with an incredible Vistage Chair I work with about calling prospects.

The discussion centered around identifying the right leads to call each week. Because what none of us want to happen is to show up Monday trying to figure out what to do.

What's involved in calling is time blocking, being organized with pipeline management and calling those leads who are engaging with you anywhere.

Certainly you'll have your active pipeline of people you are talking to. There could be many others who have connected but not replied on LinkedIn, attended an event you hosted or opened and clicked on one of your emails.
