The exhibits characteristics:

• It is suitable for producing various blow molding products of 10-30L. It adopts Accumulating type die head, bottom blowing unit, secondary air-cooling unit, auto-deflashing, scrap conveying on line, online labeling, leak testing and conveying, reducing labor Cost, improve production efficiency
• Adopt B&R automatic control system, support multi-task time-sharing operation, high degree of automation; 400-point wall thickness control system, ATOS servo valve, precise parison thickness control
• The hydraulic system adopts an electro-hydraulic servo drive system. The servo system provides accurate flow and pressure to the equipment by controlling the speed and torque of the motor; it saves about 50% compared to ordinary motor pumps, reduces the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil, and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic equipment, The noise of the power system is reduced by more than 10 decibels
• Adopt toggle type platen structure, have the advantages of uniform-clamping, big clamp force, assembling large mold, easier dismounting & assembling the mold; mold movement, mold opening and closing are controlled by a servo system and an electronic ruler to achieve a gentle slope and silent movement.
