Who are you - and why are you here? I have the Answer.

Who are you - and why are you here? I have the Answer.

You are a miracle... and you are here to create. Well, that's my response.

The Miracle Part

In a 2011 Tedx Talk, Mel Robbins announced that the odds of being born are one in 400 trillion.

Dr. Ali Binazir, (Harvard and University of Cambridge), who was in attendance in 2011, calculated the odds of your parents meeting (given the sheer volume of humans on earth at any given time). Then he considered the chances of them having a child - and also factored in the odds of your ancestors meeting. His conclusion:

“The odds that you exist at all are basically zero.” Is this not a miracle?

The Create Part

If we choose to see ourselves as miracles, our actions and behaviors will reflect that. It begins by knowing we create our thoughts. And we can re-create thoughts to enrich our lives. The thoughts we create establish our beliefs. And if our beliefs don't serve us, we can re-create new beliefs (We once believed in the tooth fairy, Santa, and that the earth was flat).

When we create new thoughts and new beliefs - we create new possibilities and life-changing opportunities.

So, who are you? Answer: You are a miracle. What would you do if you actually believed this to be true? Who would you become? What might might be possible, if you chose to see yourself as a miracle? What would you create?

The Mirror Test

At some point in life, we will stand in front of a mirror and ask... "Who have I become, what did I create, and what legacy will I leave behind... and is that okay?"
