Why Fasting?

Today, millions of Muslims are starting fasting the holy month of Ramadan, and it's time to talk about the benefits that your body and character can gain from fasting. Here are some of them below:

  • More Focus: Fasting gives you Mental Clarity to be more productive in your work. Also, it improves your Cognitive Functions and improve your Memory by a process called Autophagy, when your brain eats up its junk protein and turns it into a good protein. If you are in your 40s or above, this is your best strategy against mental diseases like Alzheimer and Dementia.
  • Improved Immunity: Fasting can increase your Stem Cells that improve the repair process in your body. Also, fasting improves the regeneration of your White Blood Cells.
  • Bulletproof Against Chronic Diseases: Fasting aids your body against Cancer, Diabetes, Inflammation, Digestion, Blood, and Heart Diseases by regulating Hormones in your body and ditching Free Radicals.
  • Increased Mood & Energy: Fasting reduces your Blood Sugar and allows for burning your Body Fat unlocking Ketones giving you abundance of body clean energy.
  • Self-Discipline: Fasting develops your Will, and helps you in your Maturity journey. You need this a lot if you are in your early 20s.
