WHY IMF WANTS DO MORE, MORE& MORE THAN EVER BEFORE. HOW ISHAQ DAR KEPT CUCKOLDING & BLUFFING PAKISTANI NATION ?

1 .Worthy readers earlier, talking to the media after ‘Road Safety Conference for Parliamentarian, Ishaq Dar has expressed the hope that there would be positive outcome on ongoing talks with the IMF on 9th review, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had very confidently said that the “matters will be settled today on 9th Feb 2023 (yesterday) with the IMF and that the people will soon hear a “good news”. But early on Friday (this) morning our Finance Secretary Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh confirmed “Actions and prior actions have been agreed but the staff level agreement will be announced subsequently,” said, while confirming that the IMF mission would leave? What a tragedy?? Pakistani Team again failed to revive the stalled $6.5 billion bailout package. Since the start of February 2023 Ishaq Dar kept the World ,Media, entrepreneurs, stakeholders ,Smugglers, Mafias, Capital/Black Market, Hunddi/ Hawalla Dealers  & other Currency Exploiters in spin, saying that IMF agreed on a set of measures that can still help clinch the deal. Due to a severity of the economic crisis, every agreed measure would be tough on an overwhelming majority of Pakistanis. Main causes of setback /failure were:-  

• Due to a credibility crisis, the IMF was not willing to blindly conviction Pakistan this time and has set many prior conditions. In order to break the deadlock, an unscheduled virtual meeting was held between Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and IMF Mission Chief Nathan Porter. which was somewhat wonky and proved to be highly trust deficit?
• The government remained short of providing adequate and convincing assurances to the IMF mission, led by Nathan Porter. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held back-to-back meetings but remained short of the end-goal to get a staff level deal done.
• The final set of actions that Pakistan agreed to implement is short of the mandate that the IMF gets from its headquarter to finalize the staff level agreement, said a senior finance ministry official. “The mission needs the consent of its management in Washington, therefore, there is some delay in the staff level agreement.
• The staff level agreement is the first but the most important step towards seeking the approval of the IMF board for the completion of the 9th review. It was the failure of the government that it could not timely get the MEFP draft, although the senior official said that the IMF shared the numbers of the MEFP on Thursday.
• The fund rejects the gradual approach proposal of Pakistan by saying that everything has to be done upfront, according to the sources.What a chaos created by the dogmatic upheavals and unending political instability?
• Another stumbling blocks was the huge external financing gap that Pakistan could not meet without the help of the multilateral, bilateral and the commercial creditors, despite that the IMF people met with the ambassadors from those countries that have pledged to give loans to Pakistan.
• The IMF was seeking assurances from China, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates about the materialization of the loans that they have committed to give to Pakistan.
• Saudi Arabia has been studying the prospects to give $2 billion additional loan while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has claimed that the UAE would give $1 billion more. Pakistan had also requested China to give $1.5 billion in additional loans, besides rolling over the existing debt. It is to be noted that China has been withdrawing its commercial loans one after another. All looks so dull & hopeless???
• On one hand Pakistani authorities trying to convince the IMF about its good intentions regarding implementation of all outstanding conditions gradually, to avoid an imminent default, whereas Major ® Raja Adil, Maryam Safdar wife of Capt ® Safdar, Chairman ECP put more fuel on  fire to & our clandestine media kept further ditching Pakistan Armed Forces Image fading away. Everyone involved in this game looked so diabolic and unpatriotic that poor man is now convinced that heavy God’s Wrath is about to fall upon us very soon (Zalzalla)?
• All hopes dashed during the 10-day visit by the IMF mission, which ended on Thursday without a staff level agreement.
• Dar is now hiding his face, he had to cancel his media briefing due to inconclusive talk’s hours after he promised to share a good news with the nation before midnight. The news conference might take place today (Friday).

2.  Worthy audience there is no doubt Pakistan urgently needs the staff level deal and subsequent board approval for the ninth review to unlock $1.1 billion, as its foreign exchange reserves slipped to mere $2.9 billion ,the lowest level since February 2014. The reserves are not sufficient to finance hardly two weeks of imports while we desperately need at least $7 billion for external debt repayments/servicing

• Moreover, as the country’s economic woes multiply, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was busy expanding his cabinet with the number swelling to 85 at a time when the IMF was in the town trying to convince the government to tighten its belt.
• The government is hopeful that the outstanding work can still be finished in next two to three days. The IMF discussed the draft of the Memorandum for Economic and Financial Policies just before the end of the scheduled review talks, leaving no room for the staff level agreement on the same day.
• For clinching the MEFP and the staff level agreement, the government eventually conceded to almost every demand put forward by the IMF, but the global lender wanted upfront implantation of the actions.
• There was a broad consensus with regard to leaving the rupee value to be determined by the market forces, lifting of the restrictions on the imports and allowing the already imported goods to be cleared.
• Pakistan must increase the interest rates significantly, as it told the IMF that inflation might jump to 29%. The power tariff would be increased and new taxes will be imposed to pave the way for the deal.

3.  Worthy audience we need not be very disheartened, since  the way some of the seasoned and mature PMLN leaders have snubbed Maryam Safdar unruly taking over of the party future, Shahbaz /PDM breakdown, Nawaz Sharif vs Imran Khan rivalry, bashing of Armed Forces over their role in the internal stability, Pak Army (COAS ) stance of rejection of any external pressure from anywhere to compromise on its security imperatives /Nuclear /National assets & LATELY THE BRAVEST /GREATER ROLE PLAYED BY THE SUPREME COURT &HIGH COURT LAHORE TO IMPART JUSTICE IN TIME & SNUB THE ABUSE OF PARLIAMENTARY LEGISLATION/MULTI FACET HIGHANDEDNESS &FOOLHARDY MOTIFS OF THE FEDERAL POLICE/ PUNJAB & KPK GOVERNORS,PM LACK OF GOVERNANCE TO LET THE RULING ELITES CRUSH THE ENTIRE OPPOSITION, is a big silver lining (hope) for the people to see Pakistan back on track, what is needed is that WE HAVE TO FIGHT AGAINST THE EVILS & MAY DIE FOR EVERY CAUSE THAT SAVE US FROM SHAKKLES OF RICHMAN’S ENRICHMENT /EVER INCREASING CORRUPTION, how?

• Boycott profiteering mafias either by exposing them, eliminating them or not to buy expensive commodities or saving our leftover prestige and securing our children future?
• Please tell the authorities how the business class used their poor relatives,friends,employs and servants to get easy / cheaper loan on i.e 5 to 7 % interest and purchased trucks/cars/ machinery for their transport business till the time IMF choked our neck . Most of it happened in the PTI regime? Govt. needs to investigate all those who took such loans and got the vehicles registered in their name to benefit their pay masters. Let the courts dig it out as to why and where the Dollars disappeared. It all was done by the local /commercial bankers???
• Please inform the agencies /authorities about the activities of the cheat contractors/smugglers/hoarders/terror or agitation financers & facilitators /black marketers/ counterfeit manufacturers / tax evaders / police bribers /child molesters/drug dealers/gangsters and other all types of KANNTUTTE of other categories? Do not hesitate, do not be cowards, your children are dying of hunger/disease /malnutrition /drugs, how can you keep shut???  
• It is possible to stop buying / taking bakery items, shopping new gadgets ,beauty soaps, solar dishes , use of  oily curry /spices erotica rich dishes ,expensive shampoos, sweet dishes, confectionary, poultry ,happy meals, coke and other beverages ,lavish parties, wedding day, birthdays , valentine, celebrations ,funeral meals, lavish daily meals, khabbas, reduce tea cups ,go for minimum sugar intake etc.etc.
• Please put off your bulbs/ nonessential tube lights (remove the bulbs /more than essential fans/ACs/ Microwave, Ironing, Washing Machine, or unplug them till the time your bill becomes affordable.
• Use least transport, either walk, use bicycles, motor bikes or only one but small car. Do not buy more automobiles?
• Please keep your money invested in property (buy now) or fix deposit it on 16% or more annual interest. You may keep getting monthly return but do not fall prey to wrong kind of Islamic banking or PLS accounts .You may opt for DSC instead of going for COMMITTEEs or BISSI, it is always a loss???
• Please avoid long trips abroad/tourism to far flung areas since next flood /earthquake in mountains could be very hazardous. Always drive carefully and slow, it will save fuel and hazards.
• Please take your children out from branded schools since they are a big failure? None in Pakistan is imparting futuristic/practical. oriented/grooming training? Put them in Mohalla Schools to avoid the transport charges. Give the children paratha instead of branded lunch or net cash?
• Please monitor your children for use of drugs/moral turpitude by being a good parents. Do not let the girls have boyfriends and boys having girlfriends when above 10 tears of age, almost every child gets trapped and lands in unretrrievable evils????
• Please seek forgiveness from Allah .Avoid so many Umrahs/more than one Hajj. Save money and give them to poor? You may ask a deserving case to send him/her on Hajj??
• Please try to be very very conscious of falling sick, committing errors avoid blunders like getting slipped from a trifle/ego issue to Police or court cases?
• Never believe in “MUCH NAHI TO KUCH NAHI” ..Spit out your anger even after the crisis and go for apology /compromise or reconciliation?
• Please, please remember no need of having malice for the USA,EU/ UK, Pak Armed Forces ,our neighboring states and try to convince extremist to come to table talk? WE HAVE NO MONEY FOR ANY CLASH OR WAR ON TERROR???? Remember CHINA/UAE/ME/ RUSSIA/ AFGHANISTAN/ ISLAMIC COUNTRIES and all of our influential in Pakistan keep begging USA for changing their luck and none in the world dare to face them except Russia/Imran Khan the mad/wounded wolf????
